Han hamnade på 69 slag, ett slag före tvåan Tonny Nordin. På tredje plats kom Bengt-Ove Jonsson. Kenneth Frii låg på 36 slag och var två slag efter Tonny Nordin efter första nio hålen. Tack vare en stark avslutning gick dock Frii förbi.
