Han hamnade på lika många slag, men med lägre handicap, än tvåan Lennart Carlzon. Tredjeplatsen knep Klas Dahlqvist. Stig Petersson hade 74 slag. Lennart Carlzon hade 69 slag efter 17 spelade hål medan Stig Petersson hade 71 slag. Tack vare en stark avslutning på sista hålet gick dock Petersson om och vann.
