Han slutade med 66 slag, två slag före tvåan Maj Britt Jonsson. Tredjeplatsen knep Greta Fossum. Maj Britt Jonsson hade 56 slag efter 16 spelade hål medan Klas Gästrin hade 59 slag. Tack vare en stark avslutning gick dock Gästrin om och vann.
