Han slutade med 70 slag, på lika många slag, men med lägre handicap, än tvåan Lars Nilsson. Trea kom Lars Jansson. Lars Nilsson hade 62 slag efter 16 spelade hål medan Sven Ove Nilsson hade 63 slag. Tack vare en stark avslutning gick dock Nilsson om och vann.
