Dam-klass vanns av Annette Hars, Torreby Golfklubb, på 78 slag. Hon var till slut fyra slag före andraplacerade Gunvor Hammargren. Trea kom Ann Hagensen.
Veteranernas resa 2019 spelades på Ale Golfklubb. Banans par är 72.
